Clear AI advice helps staff explain choices to patients and managers. Models should show main reasons in plain words, state confidence, and link to known rules. Simple logic that matches guidelines can beat opaque systems in high-risk calls.

Audit trails and error reviews support learning and legal accountability. Human oversight must remain the final step, with AI as a checked helper. Choose interpretable tools and require routine case reviews.
